Historical Significance

On April 16, 1978, the Historic Landmark Commission of the City of San Jose designated the 100-year old Kirk-Farrington House to be a landmark of special historical, architectural, and cultural interest. It has been listed as a point of historical interest with the State of California and has been nominated to the National Register of Historic Places.
