Final Grant Report
All community grant recipients are required to submit a final report to the Farrington Historical Foundation so that we may evaluate the use of the grant funds.
Final reports should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the monies have been used to fund the grant project or activity, but no later than one year from the date you received the grant.
Please note that your organization will not be considered for further grant funding until we have all required final grant reports on file.
